- Technical Issues: If a verified technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing or viewing the live stream.
- Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by the organizer.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you were charged more than once for the same event due to a system error.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Change of Mind: If you decide not to watch the event after purchase.
- User Error: If issues arise due to user-side problems, such as unsupported devices, internet connectivity issues, or incorrect login credentials.
- Partial Viewing: If you only watched part of the event or missed it due to personal reasons.
3. Requesting a Refund
